Our room had climate control and convenient tea and coffee making facilities. the large bathroom with a bathtub was a nice touch. 3. the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the Central Railway Station and the Airport Shuttle Bus.

the room was brand-new and tidy with twin bed, yogurt as a free treat plus unreliable warm water, met expectation. the venue was in a central location short walk to the trade and business area of kunming.

The hotel is conveniently located, being very near the Kunming Railway station, making it easy to navigate the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast offers a variety of options to suit different tastes and preferences. Additionally, the hotel has facilities such as a fitness room and sauna, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
Some staff members had limited English proficiency, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with elegant decor. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Although we didn't request anything, they noticed our dry skin and left a humidifier in our room, ensuring our comfort. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was a couple of minutes walk from the train station and served as the final stop for the airport bus #2. We also appreciated the complimentary fruit and yogurt provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the new Tower A seems to have more comfortable beds. The view from the higher floors is nice and the price is reasonable.
The hotel has poor English-speaking staff, which makes it difficult to get around and ask for help.
